Privacy Statement SINTAN IP

SINTAN IP is a Dutch Foundation with a focus on structural knowledge exchange with Tanzanian hospitals, health centers and health workers. This is done through the facilitation of training aimed at mother- and child health, supporting medical education of Tanzanian students and making medical equipment available for healthcare institutions.
The foundation is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 04088544. The RSIN number is 818653073.
This privacy statement stems from the European General Data Protection Regulation which applies since May 2018. It describes which personal data SINTAN IP processes and for what purposes this data is used.

Use of personal data

SINTAN IP processes personal data when:
a) You contact us, for example by email, through the contact form on our website or by telephone;
b) You make a donation;

SINTAN IP collects the following personal data:
a) First and last name;
b) E-mail address;
c) Photos (website);

SINTAN IP processes these data in order to
a) Distribute newsletters;
b) Announce activities;
c) To contact third parties in response to questions;

Sintan IP will only use your personal data for purposes mentioned in this statement. The foundation does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data are collected. Your data will not be shared with third parties without asking your permission beforehand.

On our website we use Google Analytics and we only use functional and analytical cookies to optimize our website and to ensure it works properly. Google Analytics does not infringe on your privacy and complies with the requirements of the Personal Data Authority.

Before publishing photos or articles, the consent of those involved will always be requested.
